About the Spring Market
Derby Grammar School’s Spring Market brings to you a whole host of designer-makers and producers from across the region offering beautiful products for the home, gorgeous gifts and mouth-watering food and drinks.
Browse stalls while you listen to performances from the school bands and choirs.
Throughout the day we will be treating you to cookery demonstrations from Ben Peverall, Executive Chef at luxury boutique inn, The Cow at Dalbury Lees.
Why not take to the kitchen to create your masterpiece for our Cake-Off competition? We have three categories which are open to all:
Junior School competition (Year 3 to 6)
If biscuits are your thing, why not roll your sleeves up and get baking some cracking cookies, or anything biscuit related for that matter? We want to hear a lovely snap, not to mention taste some great flavour combinations – anything goes!
Senior School (Year 7 to 13) & Adult (18+) competitions
Whether it’s a Victoria Sponge, Lemon Drizzle or Roulade, we’re looking forward to tasting your classic sponges. So dust off your aprons and get involved – no soggy bottoms please
- Download your entry form here. Please bring your cake/biscuits along by 11am on 16 March.
