University

A vast proportion of our Sixth Form decide to go to university to study a huge range of undergraduate degrees. Our in-house UCAS expert is on hand to help with the application process from writing outstanding personal statements and narrowing down university choices to navigating Clearing. 

Careers

Derby Grammar School hosts a Next Steps Careers Fair which presents fantastic networking opportunities for our pupils and their parents. Along with top UK universities, local employers are invited to showcase their offering and talk to pupils about possible entry routes into business, including work experience, internships and apprenticeships. This well-attended event and others similar aim to help pupils make informed decisions about their future.
