Our range of Daily-curricular activities is extensive!

Music - A 'Music Hour' where children get to explore different instruments, learn simple songs, or even have a mini dance party. Music will be incorporated within the daily routine and activities.

Yoga: A 'Yoga Time' is a great way to get the kids moving and introduce them to mindfulness. We use kid-friendly yoga poses for the young children. All sessions will be short and fun!

Physical Education (PE): Regular 'PE Time will include a variety of games and activities to help children develop their motor skills. This could be anything from simple ball games to obstacle courses or even fun exercises. Everyday will be a new challenge.

Cooking: A 'Little Chefs' sessions will be a fun way to teach children about food and nutrition. We will start with simple recipes like fruit salads or sandwiches, and gradually move on to more complex dishes like cakes.

Meditation: Introducing a 'Quiet Time' for meditation can help children learn to focus and relax. This could be as simple as guided breathing exercises or listening to calming sounds.

Spanish - Using games, songs, and stories make learning a new language an enjoyable experience.
