Open Days and Events

Everyday is an Open Day and there is no better way to experience everything that Derby Grammar School has to offer than to come and see for yourself. Throughout the academic year, we host a variety of different open events to welcome visitors to our stunning grounds and we are always happy to arrange an individual tour during the School day.

All School Open Morning

Saturday 5th October: 10am - 1pm

We are opening our doors to prospective Derby Grammar School students on Saturday 5th October 10am - 1pm. All areas of the school will be open, from Reception to Sixth Form.  Visitors will have the opportunity to take a tour of our facilities, meet staff and pupils and find out more about our unique family feel environment.

Sixth Form Open Evening

Monday 14th October: 6pm-8:30pm

Join us for our Sixth Form Open Evening and discover the exciting opportunities we offer for your child's next academic journey! Explore our wide range of A-Level courses, meet our experienced teachers, and learn about the support systems in place to help students thrive. Whether your child aims for university, apprenticeships, or a career, our Sixth Form is committed to helping them achieve their goals.
